HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Browse our shop by using the links on the Menu tab.  Select items and your preferred size and/or color then click the 'ADD TO CART' button.  Review items on your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.  Fill in your details to submit your order.  For faster shopping, set up an account.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Offbeat Alley accepts credit cards (VISA and MasterCard),PayPal, GCash and BDO/BPI bank deposit or online fund transfer.

Credit card payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Paypal.  No need to have a Paypal account for this payment option, just fill in your credit card details on the checkout page.

For bank deposit, follow the instructions on the checkout page which includes our bank account details.  Please pay for your purchase within 3 business days.  Items purchased and not paid for within 3 business days will be relisted without notice.  Email the deposit slip or payment confirmation to shopoffbeatalley@gmail.com with your order number so that we can process your order and have it shipped out to you.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Offbeat Alley makes every attempt to ship orders in a timely manner.  In stock or on hand items are shipped out in 3 business days from the presentation of proof of payment.   Preorders are delivered in 15 business days  (weekends & holidays not included) or 3 weeks; delivery date is not guaranteed and may be subjected to delays beyond our control.

For Metro Manila addresses, please expect your packages within 2-3 business days after dispatch. For orders outside of Metro Manila, allow 3-7 business days.

Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

I LOVE SOMETHING THAT’S OUT OF STOCK! WHAT CAN I DO?

New items can sell out quickly, but we may get more soon! Please don't hesitate to email us at shopoffbeatalley@gmail.com and we'll notify you when we have your item in stock.  You can also sign up your email for back in stock notification.

DOES OFFBEAT ALLEY ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

We want you to be happy with your purchase so if something is not right or you changed your mind, email us at shopoffbeatalley@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt and we will refund in the form of store credits. Exchanges are welcomed as long as stock is available.

Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received --- unwashed, unused, with hang tag is still secured where it was originally tagged.  We will not issue refund or exchange if the item show signs of use or damage.  We do not take responsibility for items until we receive them.

Returns are not free. Please note that you will shoulder the related shipping costs.  Return/inventory fee of ₱250 per item returned will also be charged. It is highly recommend to check your measurements against the size guide/product measurements posted in each product details.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

All sales are final after 30 days of purchase. Offbeat Alley has the rights to deny store credits and exchanges if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Returns and exchanges are valid only on full priced merchandise.  Sale items are final and not eligible for return.
